Mexico :

All I can say is Mexico can easily clear their national debts now.
Clearly, crime pays.

$207 million recovered.

Note: This story is old but look at the cash.

The money found hidden inside walls, suitcases and closets in one of Mexico City’s wealthiest neighborhoods came from the profits of methamphetamines sold in the United States, [DEA chief Karen Tandy]

Mexican law enforcement and the DEA worked for a year on the operation, she said.

Mexican federal agents also seized eight luxury vehicles, seven weapons and a pill-making machine during the raid in Lomas de Chapultepec, a neighborhood of walled compounds that is home to ambassadors and business magnates. Seven people were arrested and were ordered Monday to be held for three months while the investigation continues.

In addition to the dollars, officials found 200,000 euros and 157,500 pesos.

Let them legalize drugs as Colombia did and tax dealers for a business-all problems to have gone but crime will be up by paying the drugs for!

Legalization will not stop the violence... $100 billion dollars a year will not just turn blinds eye... These guys aren’t just going to become solid, tax paying citizens overnight with legalization...

Even now as more and more narco corridors are collapsed and more and more cartel members are arrested and their drugs and assets seized, the show goes own..

They compensate their loss by extorsion, kidnapping, pirate dvds, clothes, robberies, you name it...

Thanks to this man, I can’t even buy ”over the counter” sinus medicine without paying a doctors consult and getting a prescription first.. As soon as they found this stash any and all meds containing Pseudoephedrine were ripped from the market.
