Price wars or not, SunRocket on first sight can seem unbeatable. Beware though, you get what you pay for and in this case, you end up paying dearly. Just remember, for all the services and low prices, their customer svc dept only functions as a message center to issue tickets for call backs by the engineering dept.
If your service goes down (which it does- and for long periods of time) how is the engineering dept going to call you back to work the ticket to fix your service?
You will end up having to pay for an additional phone service to use whenever your SunRocket service goes down, so why not just get that alt svc as your main svc and save yourself the irritation of rude and unhelpful customer service. I haven’t had service for going on a wk, and only told that tickets can be opened and that I need to est/find another phone # to provide them with to call me back to work the ticket. Unfortunately I have a contract through Oct. It would have been more cost effective to have just flushed the $199 down the toilet and taken another company’s service monthly -
SunRocket’s service failures have cost me dearly in cell usage, time spent with SR daily trying to resolve, irritation for work trying to call me and not being able to, for me trying to do any business at all, and stress.

What ”price war?”
Lingo offers total unlimited calling to all of North America (Canada/US/Mexico) for only $29.99
While Sunrocket’s ”unlimited” is only to U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico.
